Pack openings involve randomised digital outcomes. Displayed odds, chase cards, and pool compositions are informational and may change. You acknowledge that you may receive outcomes of lower rarity or market value than you hoped for, and that no particular result is guaranteed.
3. Card Values Fluctuate — Not Investment Advice
Market prices for trading cards fluctuate based on supply, demand, condition, grading, and other factors outside our control. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, financial, or trading advice. Past performance or displayed prices are not indicative of future value.
4. No Guaranteed Resale Value
We do not guarantee that any card can be sold, sold back, or delivered at any particular price or timeframe. Sellback rates, fees, and eligibility are set by the Platform and may change. External secondary-market prices may differ from Platform valuations.
5. Third-Party Grading and Opinions
Any reference to grades, conditions, or valuations from third parties reflects opinions only. We do not warrant the accuracy of third-party grading services or market data feeds.
6. Platform-Set Sellback Pricing
Sellback credits are based on Platform-configured rates and rules, not an open-market auction. Completing a sellback means you accept the credit offered at that time.
7. Availability and No Warranty
The Platform, inventory, and features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected. Maintenance, force majeure, or third-party outages may affect availability.
