TCG Pack Opening FAQ
Answers to common questions about buying TCG packs online with NOS Card, graded cards (slabs), payments, delivery, and eligibility.
What is NOS Card?
NOS Card is an online TCG pack-opening platform operated in Malaysia by NOS Card Sdn Bhd. You buy packs, open them digitally, and vault the slabs you pull.
Are the slabs authentic and graded?
We list ready stock for every slab we offer. Graded cards carry third-party grade labels where applicable. Grades are independent opinions of condition; they are not a guarantee of future market value.
How do pack openings work?
Each pack has a configured pool and displayed odds. When you purchase, you receive a randomised slab from that pool. Past pulls do not predict future results, and we do not guarantee a particular graded card, rarity, or value.
What payment methods can I use?
You top up a prepaid MYR wallet, then spend wallet credit on packs. Checkout may redirect you to a third-party payment gateway (for example online banking). Your wallet is credited after we receive a successful payment confirmation.
How does shipping and delivery work?
Eligible vault slabs can be delivered to an address you provide, or collected at a pickup point. Fees, insurance options, and timelines are shown at checkout. You can find partner stores on the store locator.
Can I sell slabs back?
Where sellback is offered, you return eligible vault slabs for wallet credit at the Platform's posted rate. Rates, fees, and cooldowns may vary by slab. Sellback credit is not cash until you withdraw it under the withdrawal rules.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. You must be 18 years of age or older to use NOS Card. The platform is for adult collectors and is not intended for anyone under 18.
